Customer Services Advisor – opportunity to study CIH

We need a Customer Service Advisor to provide a responsive first point of call to our residents. You’ll really enjoy providing first class customer service, be a team player, and able to work on your own initiative while working within guidelines. You’ll be proficient in Microsoft office and have excellent data entry skills for our finance and repairs management system. You’ll promote resident engagement. This role provides an opportunity for gaining level 3 CIH, once you have completed a successful 6-month probation period. We offer excellent staff benefits.
